From July 1, we may welcome you again with open arms at Thermae Boetfort and Thermae Grimbergen. There are some adjustments to take into account, for example you ALWAYS have to book in advance for a visit to our wellness centers.

Reservations have to be made in advance. In this way, we limit contact during check-in and check-out with our employees and other customers.
A booking for the Welcome Back Promotions Thermal Baths is only possible online.
All other promotions, packages and treatments can be booked by phone as from Monday June 22nd between 10am and 6pm. Thermae Grimbergen: 02/2708196 or Thermae Boetfort 02/7598196.
If you have a multi-visit pass, gift voucher or birthday promotion you want to use: reservations by phone are also required in advance.
All our gift vouchers and one day tickets that have expired during the closing period, will automatically be extended with 6 months.
Extend birthday promotion
Did you receive a birthday code during our mandatory closure? We’ll extend this exceptionally and as we can only allow a limited number of visitors, we are forced to spread the participation of this promotion. Those whose birthday was in March or April can still enjoy the birthday promotion in July or August. Those with a birthday in May or June can come to our wellness in September or October. Do not forget to book in advance.
Measures on site
We work with a lower maximum capacity than usual and are forced to work with different shifts throughout the day for check-in and check-out. Therefore, the duration of your stay is currently limited to 5 hours.
In the reception:
Plexi screens are installed, all contact surfaces like handrails, handles, etc. are regularly disinfected, there is clear signage to respect the distance rules, our staff wears mouth masks.
We kindly ask our clients to wear a mouth mask in the reception and in the dressing rooms, but not in the thermal baths.
In the thermal baths:
As you are used to from us:
- the thermal baths are disinfected and cleaned on a very regular basis.
- the ventilation is optimized.
- the baths are disinfected with the chlorine which kills the virus.
Clear signage has been put up to respect the social distancing rules. We apply the following rule: 1 person per 10m2.
Because of the Corona measures imposed by the government, we had to remove all hair dryers. Nothing is specified in the law about the use of your own hairdryer. We cannot allow you to use your own hairdryer. If you do so, it is at your own risk.

Saunas and baths:
The general rules as currently stipulated by law:
- keep at least 1.5 meter away from each other
In certain saunas a limited number of persons will be allowed. Some saunas (“bubble saunas”) will only be accessible with your own bubble after reservation. This rule will also be applied for the jacuzzis and steam baths. You will be able to make your reservation on the spot.
In the beauty institute
Both the customer and the employees are required to wear a mouth mask. Please bring your own.
After every customer, everything is thoroughly disinfected.
In the restaurant
You are assigned a table at arrival. After each customer, everything is thoroughly disinfected.
Our waiters wear a mouth mask.
What can you do?
We are convinced our wellness guests will respect each other as usual.
Wash your hands regularly.
Keep enough distance.
Respect your reserved arrival and departure time. We only accept a limited number of customers per time slot.
Please stay home when you are feeling ill.
Please respect all measures on site.
