By telephone or online? 

If you want to visit our thermal baths, spend a few hours in a private sauna or want to take advantage of our Welcome Back Offer (public baths) (LINK TOEVOEGEN), you must book these things online and in advance.

Do you have a gift voucher, membership or multi-visit pass? Or do you want to redeem your birthday code? Then, you will need to contact us by telephone on +32 2 759 81 96. This also applies to other offers, packages, and our Welcome Back Offer with private sauna session

Limited time 

At the moment, visits to our public baths are limited to five hours. 

What about my beauty treatment or restaurant visit?

You don’t need to plan your treatment and/or visit to our restaurant during those five hours. Right before or after your visit to the thermal baths is fine, too. If that’s what you want to do, don’t forget to mention this when making your booking (for the treatment, not the restaurant).
