Our employees

Our receptionists sit behind a Plexiglass screen and therefore are not obliged to wear a face mask at the reception desk. However, if they move from behind this screen, for instance, to show you to a private sauna, they will wear one.

Our waiting staff wear a face mask all day.

Our beauty and massage therapists also wear a face mask all day and a supplementary face shield during facial treatments.

Our customers

As for you, our customers, we expect you to wear a face mask when checking in, in the changing rooms when changing, in the waiting room of the beauty clinic and during a massage or body treatment. During a facial treatment, you are, of course, allowed to take off your mask. You don’t have to wear a mask in the restaurant but you can only have something to eat and drink while seated, and you must make sure not to move around the restaurant unnecessarily.

We ask you to respect the social distancing rules around our employees to keep everyone as safe as possible.

If you are ill or someone in your household is displaying coronavirus-like symptoms, please act responsibly and cancel your visit.
