What can I book online?

On our website, you can find all available slots for a one-day entry at Thermae Boetfort or Thermae Grimbergen, a few hours in our private sauna and our special offers. For the time being, only a limited number of guests are allowed in our thermal baths at any one time, which means that you must choose entry to either the swimwear or nude section when booking.

As you can imagine, our phones have been ringing off the hook lately, so we kindly ask you to use our online booking system where possible.

As for all other treatments, packages, hotel accommodation etc, while you can order gift vouchers for these online, unfortunately you can’t book the actual treatments, packages, etc., online yet. However, we are in the process of developing our online booking system so that you will be able to do so very soon.

I booked an overnight stay at your hotel, does this give me longer access to the public baths?

Our hotel guests enjoy unlimited access (subject to payment) to our sauna and wellness facilities for the duration of their stay. So, you don’t have to book this separately. However, if you would like to have a massage or treatment, it’s best to call us to book this in advance to secure your spot. Alternatively, you can ask our receptionist what is available when checking in.

I have a multi-visit pass/membership/gift voucher and would like to make a booking. How do I go about doing this?

How can I make a booking using my birthday offer code?

I want to visit with a group of people. How many people can I currently make a booking for?

You can make a booking for maximum 5 people.

Can I use the Jacuzzi and steam bath during my day of wellness?

All our facilities are open. Jacuzzis and steam baths can only be used with your own social bubble for now as per government instructions, which is why we have developed an on-site booking system (this can only be used at the centre itself, so no advance online or telephone booking). As you know, we are all about giving our customers the best wellness experience possible, even under the current challenging circumstances. So, to give as many of you the opportunity to use these facilities during your day of wellness, we have temporarily added two extra Jacuzzis at Thermae Boetfort, and one extra steam bath and one extra Jacuzzi at Thermae Grimbergen. Like all our facilities, these are sanitised thoroughly.

What does your current wellness programme include?

Our Aufguss masters take the weather into account and try to put together a daily programme that is as extensive as possible. At the moment, we are not allowed to offer our usual, pre-COVID-19 Aufguss and scrubbing sessions. Instead, you can enjoy ROM sessions, relaxation sessions, aroma and sound sessions, halo therapy, etc.

I like having a couple’s massage with my partner, is it possible to have this in the same cabin at the same time?

For the time being, this is not possible because of the social distancing rules that also apply to our staff.

Can I specify that I want a male or female massage therapist for my massage?

Do you have a preference for a male or female massage therapist? Please let us know when booking, so we can try to accommodate you where possible. We will, of course, also try to do so when you request this at check-in, but whether or not we will be able to will depend on availability.

Are face masks compulsory at Thermae Boetfort/Thermae Grimbergen?

Face masks are compulsory when checking in at reception, in the changing rooms and in the waiting area of the beauty clinic. You don’t have to wear a face mask in the saunas and other wellness facilities. Also, you can take off your face mask when you lie face down on the treatment table in your cabin in the beauty clinic (for instance, during a back massage) or during a facial treatment.
