You heard it here first! We are about to extend the timetable to include group lessons for boys! So what can you expect from this sort of kids class? There'll be no heavy dumbbells or kettlebells – it's all about getting together and enjoying themselves in a safe manner.

As you do, we do of course hope that all Belgian sports centres reopen soon, so that we can go back to enjoying playing sports together.
The events calendar looks a bit empty in our daily lives, but rest assured, we're not just sitting still behind the scenes! We’re excited to announce the very first Weightlifting 101 Course at CrossFit Merchtem!
What exactly is it? It’s a two-day 'Weightlifting Basics' boot camp, which will run from Saturday February 6 to Sunday February 7 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will be led by one of the best-known weightlifting coaches of our times, Erik Lau Kelner. He has already trained several Games athletes in the past, including Sarah Sigmundsdóttir and Björgvin Karl Guðmundsson. You see, this is not your average weightlifting class!
