Freestyle toning


    Toning is a 45-minute freestyle class and all-round body conditioning workout. It involves cardio, strength training and stretching. In other words, a complete three-in-one class. You will improve your endurance and burn calories, while also working on strength and flexibility. And all of this, of course, to music that will give you an extra energy boost.
