Reserving a spot but not showing up is unfair to other members who wish to join the class and remain on the waiting list.
Therefore, we monitor the proper cancellation of bookings in case of absence. If you are unable to attend a class you have reserved, you must cancel your reservation. This can be done up to 15 minutes before the start of the class via sports.thermae.com or in the MyClubplanner app. If you are moved from the waiting list into the group class but can no longer attend, you have until 15 minutes after the start of the class to cancel your participation. Failure to do so will also be considered a ‘no-show.’
We track your attendance at classes based on check-ins at the turnstiles. To be counted as present, you must pass through the entrance turnstiles within three hours before the start of the class and scan your fingerprint, membership card, or QR code. Simply walking through without scanning does not count as attendance.
Failing to attend without canceling will count as one violation. After three violations within one month, your rights to reserve group classes will be suspended for one week. In cases of repeated violations, we reserve the right to extend the sanctions.
