But why is checking in so important?
1) Preventing no-shows
If you don’t check in, the system won’t register your presence in the club. This means that if you have a reservation for a group class but don’t check in, it will appear as if you didn’t show up. This can have consequences, as after three no-shows in one month, you won’t be able to make reservations for a week.
2) For our statistics
We want to provide the best possible experience for our members. By checking in, you help us monitor club attendance. This allows us to improve our services and facilities based on the needs of our members.
3) In case of emergencies and evacuation
In case of an emergency, such as a fire or another evacuation situation, it is crucial to know who is inside the club. By checking in, we can ensure that everyone has been safely evacuated.
