Power Pilates in an advanced form of Pilates, with greater intensity. The focus of these lessons is on the strength of the abdominal muscles and the core as a whole. Power Pilates will therefore challenge your strength, coordination and endurance. This lesson’s flow is faster, but there are always options for every level.

Les Mills Core focusses on the entire midsection, strengthens and shapes the abdominal, back and gluteal muscles, while also improving functional strength and helping to prevent injuries. The exercises are carried out using your own body weight and expanders. During this workout, you will challenge yourself both mentally and physically!
