Each user starts with 3 points. If you make a reservation and do not attend without cancelling, you lose 1 point.
Once you reach 0 points, your account will be temporarily paused. You will not be able to make new reservations for 7 days.
Of course, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe a point was deducted in error, feel free to speak to someone at the reception desk. We'll look into it together, and if it turns out to be a mistake, the point will be added back to your account.
