A crystal massage is suitable for everyone and uses a combination of manual and crystal massage techniques. The massage therapist intuitively chooses one of three crystals: rose quartz, amethyst, or quartz. These three crystals reinforce each other and are known as the golden triangle.
For a relaxing effect, request amethyst as your base crystal. For a more invigorating experience, request the clear quartz.
This unique, holistic massage is relaxing for both body and mind. It also balances, purifies, and protects the skin by soothing irritation, minimising redness and puffiness, and restoring radiance!
No two crystal massages are alike. The massage therapist will tailor your massage to what you or your skin need at that moment.
During the massage, an argan-based massage oil is used. We recommend drinking plenty of water after the session to support the purification process.
