Our opening hours
- From Sunday to Thursday, we are open from 10:30 to 23:00.
- On Fridays and Saturdays, we are open from 10:30 to midnight.

Forgot to bring a bathrobe or towel? No problem! You can rent or buy all the practical necessities for a relaxing day in the sauna at our reception.

Booking required?
You can visit our public baths every day, no booking required but there are a few exceptions:
- Third-party gift voucher: do you have a voucher from a third party? Please book in advance. You can do so by calling us on +32 2 270 81 96 or by filling in the contact form on our website.
- Day pass: do you have a day pass? This is valid from Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays, during long weekends and school holidays. Check your pass for the exact terms and conditions. You can’t book in advance to use your day pass.
- Group visit: are you visiting us with a group of five or more people? Please email us in advance at planninggrimbergen@thermae.com so we can organise everything smoothly.
Make sure to bring your identity card. We scan this when you check in. Anyone who refuses to present their ID card for scanning may be refused entry to our wellness centre.
Children welcome?
Children are welcome from the age of ten, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. On arrival, we will ask you to sign a declaration. Your child must present valid proof of age. This can be a Kids-ID, passport or birth certificate. No valid proof of age? Regrettably, we will have to refuse entry.

- various steam baths, including one with a unique champagne bath,

- three Jacuzzis,
- a special relaxation bath,
- and a wide range of other wellness facilities.
