Our massages are performed by both men and women. Do you have a specific preference? Please inform us in advance. It will no longer be possible to change this on-site.

Frequently asked questions:

Is this anniversary package only valid on 6 December?

No. You can book these two anniversary packages from 9 November to 4 February 2026 inclusive, Monday to Thursday inclusive, except for Wednesday 11 November 2026 and the period from 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 inclusive.

Is the Best of Facial treatment suitable for all skin types?

Yes, anyone can book this treatment. All skin types benefit from a boost now and then. But this is not just a conditioning treatment, there is also a strong focus on relaxation through the extensive massage. Very popular with both men and women.

Do I have to remove my make-up before coming to my facial treatment?

It’s up to you. You can come to your treatment with or without make-up. We start the treatment with a deep cleanse. So, if need be, we will remove your make-up.

Can I choose the time of my facial treatment?

No. When you book, we will ask you at what time you will arrive and leave and we will schedule your massage in that time frame. When you check in at our centre, we will tell you the exact time of your treatment.

What should I bring for my wellness day?

You will need a bathrobe, two towels and a pair of spa slippers. These are not included in this package. So, either bring your own or hire a bath linen set at reception.

Can I swap the treatment in this anniversary offer for a different one?

No. You can choose between the Best of Massage or the Best of Facial Treatment package. You can’t swap the included massage or facial treatment for another massage or treatment.

Can I stay the night at Thermae Grimbergen after my wellness day?

Sure, you are very welcome to stay at our wellness hotel. We offer various room types, from Budget to Deluxe and even a Wellness Suite with its own Finnish sauna and exclusive therapy bath. Obviously, we do advise you to book your accommodation in advance.
