How long is my multi-visit pass valid?
Your multi-visit pass has no expiry date, so it remains valid indefinitely.
Can someone else use my multi-visit pass?
Yes, that’s no problem. Your pass is linked to your ID card, so we can quickly find your details if it’s ever lost. You may let someone else use your pass – you don’t even need to be there yourself. However, your friend or family member must bring your multi-visit pass with them and be able to give your full name as confirmation.
Do I need to book when using a multi-visit pass?
No, access to our thermal baths cannot be booked in advance.
Can I visit both Thermae Grimbergen and Thermae Boetfort with my multi-visit pass?
The 10- and 20-session passes are only valid at the centre where they were purchased. If you wish to use your Thermae Grimbergen pass at Thermae Boetfort, a €6 supplement per visit applies.
The 50-session pass, however, is valid at both wellness centres.
I’ve lost my multi-visit pass, what should I do?
Please call us right away, so we can temporarily block your pass and prevent it from being used by anyone else.
As your pass is linked to your ID card, we can easily locate it in our system and issue a new one with your remaining balance.
