Do I really need to be subscribed to your newsletter to be able to enjoy the birthday offer?
Yes, and you must be subscribed the day before your birthday at the latest. Only then can we automatically send you your personal birthday code.
Can I bring someone as part of the birthday offer?
Yes, you can bring one other person who also enjoys this birthday package at this offer price.
Is bath linen included in the birthday offer?
No, you will either have to bring your own or hire a set at our centre. You will need a bathrobe, two towels and spa slippers.
What areas do I have access to with this birthday offer?
You have access to both the swimwear and nude area. Just pick the area that suits you best. Obviously, you can also visit both areas provided you respect their dress codes.
What choice of treatments do I have as part of the birthday offer?
You have a choice between a Body Relax Massage or a facial treatment, each lasting 25 minutes. During the Body Relax Massage, your back, legs and arms will be massaged. The facial treatment consists of a cleanse with a cleansing milk and lotion, a gentle peeling and a massage with a hydrating skin cream.
You can’t pick any other treatment or massage.
What happens if my birthday falls during a school holiday?
If your birthday (or the 30 days that follow) falls during a school holiday (Christmas, spring half-term or autumn half-term), we will extend the validity period of your code. Email us quoting your code at info@thermae.com and we will get back to you asap.
Do I have to book to enjoy this birthday offer?
Yes, booking is required. That way, you are sure that we can fit you in for your massage or facial treatment.
