Birthday package terms and conditions

As part of this offer, the birthday girl or boy (plus one guest) is entitled to a one-day entry to the public baths and a 25-minute Body Relax Massage or a 25-minute facial treatment.
You can book this package just for you or for you plus one guest. In both cases, the package price is 57 euros per person (instead of the usual 79.50 or 81.50 euros at Thermae Boetfort and 73.90 or 75.90 euros at Thermae Grimbergen).
This package must be booked in advance by telephone. Thermae Boetfort: 02 759 81 96 or Thermae Grimbergen 02 270 81 96 or fill in the contact form for Thermae Boetfort or Thermae Grimbergen. Attention: the contact form cannot be used for reservations for today, tomorrow or the day after.
The birthday package is not valid on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and during long weekends and it is not valid during the Winter Holidays (23/12/23 - 07/01/24), the Carnival Holidays (10/02/24-18/02/24), the Autumn Holidays (26/10/24-03/11/24), and the Winter Holidays (21/12/24 - 05/01/25).

The offer is valid for up to 30 days after your birthday and only upon presentation of this email and your identity card.
When taking up the offer with a guest, you must arrive and leave together and pay one joint bill.
You are only allowed to use one birthday email per person.
You need to be subscribed at least one day before your birthday to be able to receive the birthday email.
You must be 18 years or over to be able to enjoy this offer.
The offer cannot be exchanged, extended and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Please note: The use of a bathrobe, towel and spa slippers is compulsory in the thermal baths. These are not included in the birthday package offer. You can hire them at reception or bring your own.
