Frequently asked questions about our multi-visit passes
How long is my pass valid?
There is no expiry date, so your pass remains valid indefinitely.
Can anyone else also use my multi-visit pass?
Yes. Your pass is registered in your name but is not personal, so others may use it as well. You don’t have to be present yourself. If someone else comes in your place, please give them your multi-visit pass. They should hand it in at check-in and mention your full name.
Do I need to make a reservation?
No, regular access to our thermal baths cannot be booked in advance.
Is my multi-visit pass valid at both Thermae Boetfort and Thermae Grimbergen?
If you have a 10- or 20-session pass from Thermae Grimbergen, it is only valid there. If you would like to use it at Thermae Boetfort, a €6 supplement per visit applies. The 50-session pass, however, is valid at both centres.
I have lost my multi-visit pass – what should I do?
Your pass is in your name and linked to your ID card, so we can look it up and issue a new one. If you’ve lost your pass but can’t come by immediately, please call us and we’ll temporarily block it to prevent it from being used by someone who accidentally found it.
