At Thermae Grimbergen, you can enjoy a sauna both in swimwear and in the nude. Perfect to experience the benefits of having a sauna! Regular sauna visits not only help you feel more relaxed, they also boost your immune system.

Because of the alternate exposure to hot and cold temperatures, your body has to circulate more blood, resulting in waste products being more quickly removed and nutrients supplied.

What’s more, thanks to the heat, muscle aches and pains will be reduced, so you will feel less stiff after exercise, for instance.

The student discount is valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for students aged 10 to 25. Simply present a valid ID card (10 to 18-year olds) or student card (full-time education, 18 to 25-year olds). This offer is not valid on public holidays and during the following school holidays: autumn half-term, Christmas holidays, spring half-term and Easter holidays, but is valid during the summer holidays.
