In addition, our aufguss masters have created a unique programme on the theme Natural Regeneration, inspired by the four elements of nature – sessions designed to recharge your batteries!
Be sure to take part in the scrub sessions we organise every day, with sea salt, rosemary and hop extracts. A scrub that cleanses, stimulates and nourishes your skin.
Do you enjoy intense sessions? Then we highly recommend the active aufguss session we have in store for you in the African Sauna. We use powerful scents such as menthol, eucalyptus and strong wood tones, aimed at giving you an energetic boost that awakens your entire body.
Finally, there are also gentle meditations, including a silent aufguss where silence takes centre stage. A moment where you can rediscover your inner peace and balance.
