During this event, you can enjoy wellness with a Halloween flavour in our saunas: spooky vibes, thrilling Aufguss sessions, spine-tingling scrubbing sessions and eerie relaxation sessions!
Both in the swimwear and nude area, there will be a Pumpkin Cinnamon Scrub daily, a scrubbing session with pumpkin and cinnamon spices that promises to be a truly magical experience!
Pumpkin is rich in vitamins A, C and E, which nourish and clarify your skin. Its mild enzymes help remove dead skin cells, while cinnamon has a warming, relaxing effect. Together, these spices create an aromatic wellness experience that will revitalise your skin and prepare it for the dark, cold winter months ahead.
Our Zen master will be visiting our centre on Wednesdays as per normal during this special Halloween event to lead our Mindful Moments sessions. If you haven’t tried these yet, make sure you do. You will learn all kinds of new relaxation techniques that will help you slow down in everyday life, breathe more consciously and anchor your attention in the here and now.
It’s a great way to relieve stress and it also improves your focus. Not to be missed!
Of course, the Halloween programme also includes various Aufguss sessions daily, with our Aufguss masters making them suitably spooky especially for the occasion. How about a Thriller Aufguss in the Kelo sauna with eerie music and a mysterious witch’s brew as an Aufguss essential oil blend?
The bloodthirsty wellness lovers among you should try our Bloody Mushara in the African sauna during which you will apply our usual mushara on your skin but with a chilling twist. It’s blood red because we have added strawberry to it, which is packed with natural antioxidants and vitamin C that refresh your skin.
And one final must-try: the Devil’s Aufguss, a hellishly hot session in which a blend of patchouli and woodsy essential oils is used to create a warm aromatic experience plus there will also be glow sticks for added drama!
