Our massages are booked in with both men and women. If you have a preference for a certain therapist, be sure to mention this when you make your reservations. We will take this into account as much as possible.

Frequently asked questions:

When is my treatment? When booking, we ask you to let us know your arrival and departure times. Your treatment will be scheduled in between those times so please keep to them.

There are two of us visiting, can we have our treatment in the same cabin? Yes, you can have your massage with two or even three of you in the same cabin. Would you prefer this? Make sure to let us know when booking, so we can try to accommodate your request.

I would like to swap one of the treatments for another one, is this possible? No, our packages have been carefully put together, so it is not possible to change treatments.

There are two of us visiting, can I have one treatment and my partner the other one? No, our packages have been put together per person. Their contents can’t be distributed among several people.

Are facial treatments always given by female beauty therapists? No, we also have a male beauty therapist.

Are massages always given by male massage therapists? No, we have both male and female massage therapists. If you have a preference, please state this when booking. We will try to accommodate your preference where possible.

How long do the treatments take? The massage in this package lasts 50 minutes: your back, legs, arms, neck and shoulders will be massaged; your head, stomach and feet won’t be. The facial treatment in this package lasts 25 minutes. Your skin is first cleansed with a cleansing milk and lotion, as well as a gentle peeling. This is followed by a relaxing massage with a hydrating gel mask.

Is epilation included? No, this facial treatment does not include epilation. You can, however, book this as an add-on. If you would like to do so, please let us know when booking.

Are facial treatments also suitable for men? Yes, this facial treatment is suitable for both men and women.

What is the difference between the room types? Our rooms differ primarily in terms of location, size and décor. Classic rooms are situated in an annexe across the street. They come with all modern comforts and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Superior rooms are located in the castle grounds, in one of the annexes in the inner courtyard. They have a warm, authentic vibe with a touch of extra luxury. Deluxe rooms are our most spacious rooms, equipped with extra comfort and unique details such as a therapy bath with water jets or castle views.

What are the check-in and check-out times? You can access your hotel room from 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. However, you’re welcome to enjoy our wellness facilities from 10:30 AM onward. The thermal baths are open until 11 PM (from Sunday to Thursday included) or midnight (Friday and Saturday). Wellness access is included in your package, so feel free to leave your luggage with us and start relaxing right away.

What is the swimwear dress code in the public baths? For men, the swimwear dress code is short, tight-fitting swimming briefs. Loose swimming shorts are prohibited for hygiene reasons. Is bath linen included? Bath linen is included in this package and consists of a bathrobe, spa slippers and two towels. You will be given one towel on arrival, which you can exchange once for a new one at reception during your visit. If you need any extra bath linen, you can either bring your own from home or hire some at reception.

Do you provide free parking? Yes, we provide a spacious car park for our visitors right outside the entrance.
