Did you know that people who open every email the minute it comes in and reply instantly will have worked 23 minutes longer at the end of the day than people who schedule in fixed times to check their inboxes? For instance, you could open your inbox at the start of the day, around lunch time and before the end of your working day. Anyone who needs to get hold of you sooner will call you.
You are most productive for about 50 minutes. After this, make sure to take a short break. Walk over to the coffee machine for a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to the photocopier. After just a few minutes, you will be ready for your next 50-minute session!

From now on, you no longer need to reserve your access to the public thermal baths. The government announced this earlier this week. Therefore, we have decided to stop with online and telephone reservations of a simple entrance to our wellness centres.
