National Sauna Week: wellness with great prizes

From Monday 14 to Friday 18 September 2026, the Belgian Sauna Association is organising National Sauna Week. And of course, Thermae Boetfort and Thermae Grimbergen are taking part too!
At Thermae Boetfort, a day of relaxation is a real experience thanks to our extensive wellness programme. Every day, between 14:00 and 21:30, visitors to our public baths can participate in a variety of sessions, free of charge. These include an aromatic journey in a warm sauna, a singing bowl session in the Silence Bar, and our halotherapy session, among others.

During the aroma session, various fragrant oils are poured onto the hot stones, which releases a wonderful scent into the room. As for the singing bowl session, this involves you sitting or lying down in a relaxing position while the Aufguss master gently plays copper Tibetan singing bowls. The sound vibrations generated create a unique relaxation experience. Halotherapy is a salt therapy that not only benefits your airways, but also does wonders for your skin!
