From Monday 14 to Friday 18 September 2026, the Belgian Sauna Association is organising National Sauna Week. And of course, Thermae Boetfort and Thermae Grimbergen are taking part too!

If you are the kind of person who loves all things sport, a visit to the Sportimonium, Sports & Olympic Museum, is perfect for you! Here, you can discover ancient sports, trophies of major Belgian sporting heroes, and in the Traditional Games Garden, you can even expel some energy yourself!
If you are visiting the Sportimonium on a sunny day, do go for a drink at the Zuiderbad beach bar, where you can chill out, feet in the sand. But make sure to check opening times before you go, because they are weather dependent!
