This sauna is made of Himalayan salt stone and crystals. These are known for their ability to purify the air, promote skin health and reduce stress. This is a 65°C sauna, which makes this the perfect place to start or end your sauna day.
On Saturdays and Sundays, special Aufguss sessions are given in the Salt Stone sauna. During an Aufguss session, water infused with essential oil is thrown onto the hot stones which increases the humidity and temperature. Your body responds by sweating, in an effort to cool down again. Surrounding your body is a protective layer of air that is blown away when the Aufguss master flaps a towel or fan. This gives you a real adrenaline rush.
