Shower before you sweat
Start your sauna session with a shower to prevent any unpleasant odours when you start to sweat. Always shower after using the toilet as well.
Use a large towel and place your entire body on the towel. This protects the wooden benches and leaves them clean and dry for your fellow sauna-goers.
Respect the dress code: Go nude in the nude section and wear a fitted swimsuit or bikini in the swimwear section. Loose-fitting swim shorts are not permitted.
Enjoy responsibly
Your health is our top priority. If you’re pregnant or if you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before your sauna visit.
Listen to your body. If you start to feel too hot in the sauna or during an Aufguss session, leave the room quietly.
Take the time to cool off and make sure you rest and drink plenty of water in between sessions to stay hydrated.
Respect the silence
Everyone comes to our wellness centre to relax, so help us create a peaceful atmosphere by enjoying our saunas in silence. Keep a respectful distance between yourself and other guests.
If you want to have a chat, you can do so quietly in our restaurant, bar, or whisper sauna.
Leave your phone at home during your wellness day or store it in a locker to avoid unwanted disturbances and to respect the privacy of the other guests.
We expect all guests to treat each other and our staff with respect.
Last but not least: a public sauna is not the place for intimate physical contact. Those caught engaging in such behaviour will be denied access to our wellness centres in the future.
