Of course, a day of sauna and wellness at Thermae Boetfort is all about relaxation, rest and enjoyment. These rules exist not only for your comfort, but also to guarantee the hygiene and safety of all our guests.

Swimwear for men

Men are required to wear short, fitted swim shorts. Loose swim shorts are not allowed.
Whye? They absorb more water, dry more slowly and carry outside dirt and substances into our baths and saunas. This has a negative effect on water quality and the risk of infections.

Swimwear for women

Women may wear either a swimsuit or a bikini. Note: swimsuits must have an open neckline, with no sleeves or legs – a classic model that combines both comfort and hygiene.

Didn’t bring a suitable bathing suit, bathrobe or slippers? You can rent them at reception. So you can enjoy your wellness moment carefree.

What do you need?

Slippers are compulsory in the thermal baths. They prevent slipping and ensure proper hygiene. We recommend non-slip slippers, so you can safely move from sauna to pool and from the steam bath to the relaxation area.

In some areas, such as our restaurant, wearing a bathrobe is required. This feels comfortable and ensures hygiene and discretion while you enjoy a snack or drink at the table without having to sit down in your wet swimwear.

Going into the sauna? Leave your bathrobe and slippers outside. This allows your body to relax and purify as it should during a sauna session. The sauna is not the place to dry your bathrobe or other items.

To ensure peace and quality in our thermal baths, diving and swimming goggles, toys and headwear are also forbidden.

Will you help keep the wellness experience in our thermal baths pleasant, safe and hygienic for everyone?
