For the time being, you must book in advance. This ensures a maximum spread of visitors so that you come into contact with other customers and our employees as little as possible and we can all maintain social distancing.

Online or by telephone?

A visit to the public baths, a few hours in a private sauna, and our great-value Welcome Back Offer (with entry to the public baths) will have to be booked online.

All other offers, including our Welcome Back Offer with private sauna session as well as the Summer Specials have to be booked by telephone. You also have to do this if you want to use a gift voucher, a multi-visit pass or membership. Want to have a massage or a body or facial treatment? This, too, has to be booked in advance by telephone.

Five-hour wellness session

Currently, a visit to our thermal baths is limited to a five-hour session at a time, to be booked in advance. Our thermal baths are open as usual (Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 to 23:00, and until midnight on Friday and Saturday). We are opening our garden a bit earlier than usual, so instead of 12:00, you can enjoy your wellness experience in the garden from 10:30 onwards.

Planning a treatment or restaurant visit?

Want to enjoy a facial treatment, a body treatment or a massage, but prefer to do so outside your five-hour session in the thermal baths? Let our staff know when booking, then we can schedule this right before or after your session. You can also plan your restaurant visit outside your five hours at our thermal baths.

We have introduced a host of measures to ensure a safe and relaxed visit to our thermal baths. You can read all about this on our info page. Make sure you do this so that you are fully prepared and don’t have to worry on the day itself, but can just enjoy your wellness experience!

Hope to see you soon!
