During this hammam massage, you lie on a heated stone table. First, you are given a scrub with a special scrub mitt, followed by a massage with Turkish olive soap. Throughout the treatment, warm water is poured over your body. A wonderful sensation because the warmth helps relax your muscles. You have a choice of a 20-minute hammam massage or a 45-minute one. These special massages are only given by male massage therapists. At the end of the treatment, you can take the scrub mitt home, so you can regularly do a scrub at home too.
