When is my treatment? When booking, we ask you to let us know your arrival and departure times. Your treatment will be scheduled in between those times so please keep to them.

Are massages always given by male massage therapists? No, we have both male and female massage therapists. If you have a preference, please state this when booking. We will try to accommodate your preference where possible. The hammam peeling is performed exclusively by male massage therapists.

What is the swimwear dress code in the public baths? For men, the swimwear dress code is short, tight-fitting swimming briefs. Loose swimming shorts are prohibited for hygiene reasons. Women can wear a swimsuit or bikini. The swimsuit must have an open neckline, be sleeveless and legless.
