During the session, a sauna master pours water mixed with essential oils on hot stones to create scented steam, while participants take deep breaths. Aufguss sessions can also help your body deal with temperature fluctuations and improve your resilience to such changes. Pouring sessions with an Aufguss master have many benefits:
