For instance, in the afternoon, we use essential oils with scents that improve your breathing and in the evening, ones that help you totally relax. Lavender is by far the most popular scent. It restores emotional and mental balance and promotes deeper sleep. The same goes for mandarin, for instance. Eucalyptus and mint, on the other hand, are some of the most effective essential oils to improve your breathing. Incidentally, these two also have a relaxing effect and stimulate digestion.
