Come join our SPIRIT session, a combination of yoga poses, meditation techniques and the special sound of singing bowls. What else is on the program: a lavender scrub where dry lavender seeds are mixed with our traditional scrub salt, which not only smells wonderful, but also provides the ultimate relaxation!
