Every session is unique and is led by one of our Zen masters, exclusively at Thermae Grimbergen on Wednesdays. Participation is free to our sauna guests. There is no advance booking and spaces are limited. Want to try one of these sessions? Ask our reception staff when checking in, they will be happy to answer your questions!

Through simple exercises and by focussing on your breathing, you can extend your range of motion.
