This 25-minute session includes a combination of manual and crystal massage techniques. The massage therapist intuitively selects the right crystals to use: amethyst, quartz, or rose quartz. These crystals are known as the golden triangle because they complement and reinforce one another, soothing redness and irritation and boosting circulation and lymphatic drainage to speed up waste removal.
