Kelo sauna
The Kelo sauna in the nude area is made of special kelo wood. Sourced from Scandinavia, this wood is widely used there too to build saunas with because it retains heat really well and then gradually releases it.
Our Kelo sauna is a big sauna, with a beautiful stove in the middle, the perfect place for special Aufguss sessions. Do try one when you next visit us.
Swimming lake
After your session in the Kelo sauna, you can cool down in the swimming lake right next to it. A 100% natural swimming lake, perfect for a refreshing dip.
Swimming pools under the palm trees
You may not know this but at Thermae Grimbergen, you also have the option to enjoy sauna and wellness in swimwear daily. Our sauna complex is divided into two separate areas, one dedicated to nude wellness and the other to wellness in swimwear.
With its exotic look and feel, especially with the two swimming pools under the palm trees, you will get that instant holiday feeling in the swimwear area!
Tapas bar
What’s a wellness day without a tasty treat, right? New this summer: our super-delicious tapas bar! You will find it in the garden by the swimming lake, with a daily menu that features a selection of mouthwatering tapas and cocktails/mocktails.
