From Monday 14 to Friday 18 September 2026, the Belgian Sauna Association is organising National Sauna Week. And of course, Thermae Boetfort and Thermae Grimbergen are taking part too!
Throughout the year, students enjoy 50% off the regular entrance fee on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Thermae Grimbergen. During the summer, we're adding an extra day, so you can also enjoy this special discount on Mondays! The perfect opportunity to relax and unwind for less.

50% off the regular entrance fee
From 29 June until 24 September 2026, you pay only €17.95 for a full day of sauna and wellness on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays).
The offer is valid for:
- Young people aged 10 to 18, upon presentation of their ID card.
- Students aged 18 to 25 enrolled in full-time education, upon presentation of their ID card and valid student card.
Sauna etiquette
A first visit to a wellness centre can feel a little exciting. Don’t worry, the unwritten rules are easy to follow.
- Keep it quiet. The sauna is a place where everyone comes to relax. Please remain silent in the saunas and avoid noisy games in the pool.
- Always use a towel. Make sure your entire body is resting on a towel when sitting or lying down.
- Shower regularly. At the start of your wellness day, every time you leave a sauna, and after using the toilet.
- Respect personal space. Give other guests the room they need to relax. Any form of intimacy, whether welcome or unwelcome, is strictly prohibited in our wellness centre.
- Leave electronic devices at home. You won’t need your mobile phone here. To protect everyone's privacy, electronic devices are not allowed.
Swimwear or nude? The choice is yours
One of the great advantages of Thermae Grimbergen is that you can enjoy sauna and wellness 7 days a week, either in swimwear or in the nude area. Every day, you are free to choose the option you feel most comfortable with.
Of course, the dress code must always be respected. In the swimwear area, wearing swimwear is mandatory. In the nude area, guests are expected to be nude.

What should you bring?
Good preparation is the key to a carefree wellness experience. Be sure to bring a bathrobe, two towels and a pair of slippers.
