Do I need to pay a deposit whenever I make a reservation?
We do not ask for a deposit when you book thermal baths with treatments or one-day packages. However, we do ask clients to respect our terms and conditions of cancellation and cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. For hotel bookings, hotel packages, larger bookings or groups we ask for credit card details or a gift voucher of the same value. We will discuss this with you at the time of booking.
