How can I cancel my stay at your hotel?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel later than that, you will have to pay a charge. Our planning is based on the number of bookings. Our clients are kindly requested to take this into account and cancel only in the event of adversity (e.g. sickness or accident). We only accept cancellations by telephone.
