Also, remember to protect your skin from the sun. You can either choose a day cream with SPF or an actual sunscreen product. In case of the latter, make sure to cleanse your skin properly at the end of the day. Sunscreen is quite greasy, and a good cleanse prevents spots.
Another top tip is to do a body peeling at the start of spring. This exfoliates and cleanses your skin, so you will get a more even tan when sunbathing. Right after a scrub, it’s best not to spend too much time in the sun and definitely not unprotected!
