Favourite massage
Restaurant manager Justin is on his feet all day at the restaurant, which is tough on his body. So, having regular massages does wonders! ‘I love having a relaxing back massage, it doesn’t last too long and really releases all the tension.’
Favourite sauna
‘About once a week, I have a sauna after work. My favourite saunas are the Castle sauna and the Mine sauna, two of the hottest saunas at Thermae Boetfort. They are often quiet and I really love their beautiful setting. I also used to take part in Aufguss sessions regularly, which I haven’t been doing so much lately. But whenever I do take part in an Aufguss session, I choose one in these saunas. A scrubbing session is something I have more often, to keep my skin in top condition!’
Favourite product
‘My wife is a beauty therapist, so she tells me what products to use for my daily skincare at home. I particularly like the sun-care products by Sirène. At work, we are in the sun quite a lot, which I never do unprotected.’
Justin also looks after himself outside of work. He tries to eat healthy and exercises a lot with his kids. His son plays football at a high level, which means he has to train every day, and Justin often trains with him. They also go running together. ‘For me, spending time with my kids is the best way to relax. I enjoy those moments together. Exercising, going to the cinema or visiting the zoo or an amusement park, we absolutely love it!’
