National Sauna Week: wellness with great prizes

From Monday 14 to Friday 18 September 2026, the Belgian Sauna Association is organising National Sauna Week. And of course, Thermae Boetfort and Thermae Grimbergen are taking part too!
Did you know that as our sauna guest, you can take part every day in our extensive wellness programme for free? This features more than ten special Aufguss, scrubbing and relaxation sessions, including a herbal scrub!

During this session, you are given a mixture of salt and herbs like lavender, rosemary, and thyme. Doing regular scrubs exfoliates your skin and keeps it healthy and silky smooth. The herbs all have a relaxing effect. At the end of the session, you are also given a hydrating face cream.
The herbal scrub is organised daily in the steam bath of the nude area. The exact time is displayed on the TV screens in the thermal baths or you can just ask one of our team members.
