The weather forecast looks very promising. This also means that many sauna enthusiasts will be making their way to our wellness resort. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing wellness experience for everyone, we apply a few basic rules.

We limit the number of guests admitted so that everyone has plenty of space to enjoy our saunas, baths, loungers and wellness experiences. Planning to visit on a busy day? Take a moment to read these practical tips so you can start your wellness day completely stress-free.

Arrive early

From experience, we know that on busy days we can sometimes reach our maximum capacity before midday. That’s why we recommend arriving as early as possible. This helps you avoid potential waiting times and make the most of your wellness day.

If you have the opportunity to arrive early, it’s often the best choice!

Waiting list

Once the maximum number of guests has been reached, we are temporarily unable to admit additional visitors. You can then add your name to our waiting list. As soon as places become available, we call in the next guests on the list.

As we cannot predict how many people will leave or when they will do so, we unfortunately cannot estimate waiting times in advance. From experience, we know that guests generally only start checking out again from around 4 pm onwards. If you arrive during the busiest part of the day, waiting times may therefore be longer.

Not sure whether to come? We recommend giving us a quick call before you leave home. Our team will be happy to provide you with the latest update on the current situation.

A reservation in advance guarantees your place

While regular day access cannot be booked in advance, massages, facial treatments, body treatments and hotel stays can of course be reserved. If you have a reservation for any of these services, we will always keep a place available for you on that day.

Arrive and see a queue at the entrance? With a reservation, you may proceed directly to reception to check in.

That way, you can enjoy your treatment or stay completely stress-free.

Important: don’t forget your ID card

To access our wellness resort, you must present a valid ID card or passport. Please make sure to bring one with you on the day of your visit.

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept other forms of identification (such as a bank card, driving licence, copy of an ID card, etc.). We do not make exceptions to this rule.

Without a valid ID card or passport, we have to refuse entry.

Coming Together? Make sure to plan ahead

Is one person in your group checking in earlier while the others arrive later? Please keep in mind that we do not reserve entry wristbands or places for guests who are still on their way.

If the wellness resort reaches full capacity in the meantime, guests arriving later may have to wait until places become available again.

Arriving together is therefore the safest option.

These rules also apply to Multi-Visit Pass holders

With a multi-visit pass, you are of course welcome to visit our wellness resort every day. However, a multi-visit pass does not give priority access at check-in. The same maximum capacity applies to all guests.

Want to book a treatment on arrival?

When our wellness resort has reached maximum capacity, booking a treatment on-site does not give you priority on the waiting list. Treatments can only be booked once you are able to check in and if there is still availability at that time.

Would you like to be sure of your treatment? We recommend booking it well in advance.

Visiting as a group? Reservation required

Planning to visit with a group (5 people or more)? In that case, we kindly ask you to book in advance. This allows us to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you can enjoy a relaxing wellness day together.

Sauna Etiquette

Even on our busiest days, we ask all guests to follow a few basic etiquette rules so that everyone can enjoy a relaxing wellness[EV1]  experience. Here are the most important ones:

  • Take a shower before starting your wellness day, after every sauna session and after each visit to the toilet.
  • Always sit or lie on a towel with your entire body when using the sauna. This helps keep the benches clean.
  • In the swimwear area, only approved swimwear is allowed. Men may wear short, fitted swim trunks only. Women may wear a standard bikini or swimsuit. Loose or long swim shorts, thongs, burkinis and swim dresses are not permitted. Please respect the dress code: nude in the nude area, appropriate swimwear in the swimwear area.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum in our centres.
  • Maintain a respectful distance from other guests.
  • Any form of intimacy, whether welcome or unwelcome, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent exclusion from our wellness centres.
  • Leave your mobile phone (and any other electronic devices) at home or in your locker.
  • Treat both fellow guests and our staff with courtesy and respect.
