Find a quiet place. In the summer, our garden is the ideal spot; in the winter, our quiet and relaxation rooms make for peaceful meditation spaces. And, you can meditate in the sauna too.
Tune out external stimuli. Try to listen to your body instead of your surroundings and focus on your breathing. This will help you be less easily distracted and really tune into your body.
