Apart from Intense scrubbing sessions in the steam bath (both in the swimwear and nude area), during which you do a salt scrub while the Aufguss master turns up the heat by wafting bursts of hot air over you with a fan or by flapping a towel, our other Intense sessions are also well worth a try. Like the Mushara Aufguss session in the African sauna. During this session, the Aufguss master hands out a nourishing cream with ylang-ylang which deeply moisturises your skin. Or the Intense herbal scrub, as part of which you are given a salt scrub mixed with dried herbs such as lavender, thyme or rosemary to exfoliate your skin!
