This session is held in the steam bath of the nude area (check the TV screens at the centre for the exact time or ask one of our team members). During this session, you are given a mixture of salt and dried herbs like lavender, rosemary, and thyme. All these herbs promote relaxation. What’s more, lavender disinfects skin, thyme purifies the ambient air and rosemary boosts circulation.
By doing regular scrubs, you keep your skin healthy because you are removing dead skin cells and impurities. At the end of the session, you are also given a hydrating face cream.
