How does it work? Using the spoon, you pour some water on the stones. This causes the humidity in the sauna to rise, which makes you feel hotter. Not only does lavender smell absolutely gorgeous, it also has a calming effect, helping you to relax more easily. What’s more, it balances your emotions, has a positive effect on your airways and relieves fatigue.
